Getting started
How much does a bathroom remodel cost?
A guest bathroom runs $20,000 to $40,000. A master bathroom runs $40,000 to $120,000. A shower or a tub on its own runs $15,000 to $25,000. Design, labor and materials are all included.
Where do you work?
Dallas-Fort Worth and the surrounding area, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Southlake, Westlake, Highland Park, Prosper, and Addison.
What can you build in a bathroom?
Bathrooms only. We remodel full bathrooms, and we take a single wet area on its own when that is all you need.

Is the consultation free?
Yes. The design and estimate meeting is free, and you leave it with a price.
Do I need HOA approval?
Usually not. An HOA typically has no say over work inside your house.
Design and materials
How does the design phase work?
Design your bathroom on our online platform, or meet a Nomi designer at your home. In one meeting, your designer helps you design the room and pick every material.
How long does design take?
We design every room in one meeting.
Who receives the materials, and when do they arrive?
Nomi buys all the materials before your project starts. They arrive at our warehouse, and we bring them to your home on your start day. A few large items ship straight to your house on day one.
Construction
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
A bathtub remodel takes about a week. A shower remodel, a tub to shower conversion or a double shower takes 1 to 2 weeks, and steam adds a few days. Adding the bathroom floor adds 2 to 3 days. A complete guest bathroom takes 2 to 3 weeks, and a master bathroom 4 to 6 weeks.
How do I get ready for day one?
Clear your personal things out of the bathroom. Keep jewelry, cash and firearms in a secure place outside the work area. Our teams work carefully around everything else.
Can I live in my house during the remodel?
Yes. We take safety measures and use dust control, so you can live at home while we work.
Who is my contact during the project?
Your designer during design, and your project manager during construction. Both are full-time Nomi employees.
How do you waterproof the shower?
We use an advanced waterproofing system on the floors and walls, not green drywall board. With stone slab walls, the slab itself is non-porous too. How we waterproof a shower
Payments
When do I pay?
All costs are shown at your design meeting. A $1,000 deposit is paid when you decide to move forward with us, usually after the first meeting. It comes off your project total. The rest is due on completion.
Will the price change once work starts?
Rarely. We remove and replace everything in the project. If demolition uncovers a hidden problem, your project manager shows you the options before any extra work. These repairs usually run $100 to $500.
After the remodel
What warranty do you give?
A 2-year workmanship warranty on labor and installation. Many materials also carry a manufacturer warranty, and we help you file the claim. Read the warranty policy
