01

Free consultation

It starts with a conversation in your bathroom.

We meet at your home, at a time that works for you. We talk through your ideas, the scope and how you use the room, and we measure it. Rather talk first? Book a free phone call with a Nomi consultant.

By the end of the meeting, you have a price for your remodel. It is based on allowances for materials, so you know what to expect before you design anything.

02

Design

One meeting to pick every tile, fixture and finish.

Meet your Nomi designer at your home, at a showroom, or online. We bring the samples and help you choose all your materials. Most designs are done in one meeting. A larger room may take a second.

For a shower-only project, the design is often finished at the first meeting, and we move straight to construction.

When the design is done, you get a fixed-price scope of work. It lists everything we will build and what it costs. Browse bathroom ideas before you meet

Ordering

You never wait at home for a delivery.

Nomi buys all the materials for your project before it starts. They arrive at our warehouse, and we bring them to your home on your start day. A few large items ship straight to your house on day one.

Where your city requires a permit, we get it. Before we start, clear your things out of the bathroom, and keep jewelry, cash and firearms in a secure place outside the work area. We handle the rest.

04

The build

One crew builds it, from demolition to the last detail.

We remove and replace everything in the wet area. Then we waterproof the floors and walls with an advanced waterproofing system before any tile goes up. How we waterproof a shower

Your designer is your contact during design. Your project manager is your contact during construction. Both are full-time Nomi employees. You get daily updates in our app, so you can follow along even when you are not home.

You can live in your house the whole time. We use dust control to keep the rest of your home clean.

What it costs, and how you pay

You see the full price before we start, and it rarely changes.

A guest bathroom runs $20,000 to $40,000. A master bathroom runs $40,000 to $120,000. A shower or a tub on its own runs $15,000 to $25,000. Every number includes design, labor and materials.

All costs are shown at your design meeting. A $1,000 deposit starts the design and comes off your project total. The rest is due on completion.

We replace everything in the wet area, so there is little left to surprise us. If demolition uncovers a hidden problem, your project manager calls you with the options first. These repairs usually run $100 to $500.

“All we did was choose the shower fixture, type of glass door and tile, NOMI took over the Project from there. Cost? exactly what they estimated. No surprises.”
