Information you give us
When you book a consultation, call, text or email us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, home address and details about your project, such as photos of your bathroom.
We use it to answer you, schedule and hold your design meeting, prepare your estimate, build your project, handle warranty requests and keep records required by law.
Information collected when you use the site
Like most websites, nomibath.com uses cookies and similar tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. To see which ads bring visitors who contact us, and to show our ads to people who visited the site. Google may collect your device, browser and pages visited.
- Microsoft Clarity. To see how visitors use our pages, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can make the site easier to use.
- Calendly. When you book a consultation online, Calendly processes the details you enter for us.
- Google Maps. Maps on our pages are loaded from Google.
These services handle data under their own privacy policies. You can limit ad personalization in your Google ad settings, and block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it only as needed to do the work: with the service providers listed above, with suppliers and installers working on your project, with payment and financing providers if you use them, and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep project records for as long as we need them to support your warranty, and longer when the law or our accounting requires it. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law. You can stop marketing emails or texts at any time by replying STOP or asking us. Email info@nomibath.com or call 800-371-8970.
Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
