Bathroom remodeling in Colleyville: a boutique hotel at home
The jetted tub, small shower and heavy finishes of another era become a spa: a large double shower with steam, a freestanding tub and a long double vanity in stone and soft light. A room that makes every evening feel like a stay away.
The best hotels feel effortless because every detail is handled for you, and we work the same way. We come to your home in Colleyville, bring the samples with us, measure the room and listen to how you use it. You see the full price at your design meeting, before you commit. Then one Nomi team designs and builds it, with a project manager who keeps you posted. No handoffs between a designer, a contractor and a tile crew, because bathrooms are all we do.

Planning a bathroom remodel in Colleyville
Permits. Moving plumbing or adding electrical circuits usually needs a permit. Where the City of Colleyville requires one, we get it as part of the project.
HOA. Usually not needed. An HOA typically has no say over work inside your house.
Ground and water. North Texas clay soil swells and shrinks with the seasons, so houses here move a little. That is one more reason every shower has to be waterproofed properly behind the tile. Water across much of Dallas-Fort Worth is on the hard side, so we help you choose glass and fixture finishes that are easy to keep clean. How we waterproof a shower
Timing. A bathtub remodel takes about a week. A shower remodel, a tub to shower conversion or a double shower takes 1 to 2 weeks, and steam adds a few days. A complete guest bathroom takes 2 to 3 weeks, and a master bathroom 4 to 6 weeks.
Warranty. Every remodel comes with a 2-year workmanship warranty on labor and installation. Our warranty
