Bathroom remodeling in McKinney, TX
Nomi designs and builds bathrooms in McKinney, from historic homes near the square to Stonebridge Ranch and Craig Ranch. Bathrooms are all we do.
Bathroom remodeling in McKinney
McKinney is the county seat of Collin County. It has historic houses around the downtown square, 1990s and 2000s homes across Stonebridge Ranch, and newer communities like Craig Ranch, Tucker Hill and Trinity Falls.
Stonebridge-era master baths often have a corner garden tub, a small shower and cultured marble, and are ready for a full remodel or a tub to shower conversion. Older homes near the square usually need the plan to start with the plumbing.
Whatever the house, the process is the same. We come to your home in McKinney, measure the room and listen to how you use it. Then one Nomi team designs it and builds it. No handoffs between a designer, a contractor and a tile crew, because bathrooms are all we do.

Planning a bathroom remodel in McKinney
Permits. Moving plumbing or adding electrical circuits usually needs a permit. Where the City of McKinney requires one, we get it as part of the project.
HOA. Usually not needed. An HOA typically has no say over work inside your house.
Ground and water. North Texas clay soil swells and shrinks with the seasons, so houses here move a little. That is one more reason every shower has to be waterproofed properly behind the tile. Water across much of Dallas-Fort Worth is on the hard side, so we help you choose glass and fixture finishes that are easy to keep clean. How we waterproof a shower
Timing. A bathtub remodel takes 2 days, a shower remodel 4 days and a double shower 5 days. A complete renovation takes 2 to 3 weeks.
Warranty. Every remodel comes with a 2-year workmanship warranty on labor and installation. Our warranty
