These are the ranges we see on most Dallas projects. Every number includes design, labor and materials. The time is how long we are in your home, once the design is final and the materials are ordered.

What moves the price. The size of the room, tile or stone slab, the fixtures, and whether plumbing moves. Adding a new bathroom floor adds 2 to 3 days.

Surprises. We replace everything in the wet area, so there is little left to surprise us. If demolition uncovers a hidden problem, your project manager calls you with the options first. These repairs usually run $100 to $500.
